You get 200 credits every paid month and spend them in any of these tools.
What does Social Scan check on my Instagram or TikTok profile?
Social Scan analyses any public Instagram or TikTok profile — yours, a client's or a competitor's — using real data from its recent posts. The free scan shows followers, engagement rate, posting rhythm, views, best and weakest posts and key findings. The full AI audit (10 credits) adds an overall score, scores for 5 areas (bio, content, engagement, consistency, call to action) backed by specific posts, the main problem, quick wins, a prioritised action plan, content pillars and 3 rewritten bios. Reports can be saved as PDF and shared with a read-only link, in English or Serbian.
Which growth tools work on a Social Scan report?
On a completed Instagram audit you can run Competitor Scan (compare with one competitor), Content Generator (a ready carousel, Reels script or post), Brand Audit (colours and visual consistency of your posts), Hashtag & Reach Optimizer and Engagement & Growth Analyzer. Each run costs 5 credits and is charged only when its report is ready. TikTok support for these tools is coming soon.
Do I need my Instagram or TikTok password?
No. Social Scan reads only publicly visible profile data, so you never connect or log in to your account. Private and age-restricted profiles cannot be analysed, and nothing is charged for them.
How do Graphkit Social credits work?
Each AI action uses credits: a full Instagram/TikTok audit 10, a growth tool 5, an AI post 1, a GraphLab AI Fill 3 (HD 6), a Brand Assistant analysis 2–4. Free scans cost nothing. Plan credits renew every paid month and do not roll over; credit packs (one-time) never expire and are used after the plan credits. If an AI action fails, its credits are returned automatically. New accounts get 10 free credits to try every tool.
What is Brand Assistant?
Part of Graphkit Social: Design Critic reviews a design and gives prioritised fixes, Brand Extractor builds a brand profile from an image (colours measured from the pixels, typography and style estimated by AI), and Image Assistant analyses image quality and writes alt text. It is paid with Graphkit Social credits.
Can I try the vectorizer for free?
Yes! Upload any JPG or PNG and you'll get a watermarked SVG preview instantly — no account or payment required. Pay $3 or upgrade to Premium to download the full, clean file.
What formats can I download?
SVG (web & design), EPS (print & press), PDF (universal), and Adobe Illustrator AI. All four formats are included with both the $3 pay-per-vector and Premium plans.
How does the monthly limit work?
Premium gives you 10 vectorizations, 10 background removals, and 10 upscales per calendar month. Limits reset automatically on the 1st of each month. Social Media Studio (the advanced picture editor) is completely unlimited, and you can keep up to 50 Studio designs in your account, with 500 MB of storage.
What is the difference between the Studio plan and Premium?
The Studio plan ($4.99/month) unlocks Social Media Studio only: your own images, unlimited exports, up to 20 designs saved to your account (100 MB) and 30 AI-written posts per month. Premium includes everything in the Studio plan with 60 AI posts per month, 50 saved designs and 500 MB of storage, plus 10 vectorizations, 10 background removals and 10 AI upscales per month. You can upgrade from Studio to Premium at any time and only pay the difference for the current month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel the Studio plan, Premium or Graphkit Social Growth anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paddle, a certified Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle also handles VAT/tax for all EU customers automatically.
Do you train AI on my images?
No. Your uploaded images are processed solely to provide the requested service and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We have no rights to use your images for any other purpose.
