Refer & Earn Terms

• Every Graphkit account gets a personal referral link. You earn Graphkit credit when someone opens your link, creates a new Graphkit account within 30 days and then pays for an eligible plan (Graphkit Premium, Social Media Studio, Graphkit Social Growth).
• The reward is $1.00 of Graphkit credit, $2.00 for Graphkit Social Growth. It is given once per referred account, after its first verified payment.
• Free sign-ups do not earn rewards. Rewards are only created from payments confirmed by our payment provider (Paddle), never from a page visit.
• New rewards are pending for 14 days. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the reward is reversed. Suspicious cases may be held for review.
• Credit is Graphkit account credit, not money. It has no cash value, cannot be paid out, transferred or sold. It can be used as a discount on your next Premium or Social Media Studio payment (subscriptions billed in USD) or converted to Graphkit Social credits ($1 = 10 Social credits).
• Self-referrals, multiple accounts, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed. We may reverse rewards and disable a referral link that breaks these rules.
• The first valid link a visitor used counts (“first click”). People who already have a Graphkit account cannot be referred.
• We may change or end the program. Changes are announced on this page (with a new version) and by email to members; rewards already earned are handled under the version that applied when they were earned.

Joining

• You apply with your name or business name, email, country, promotion channel and planned promotion method. We review each application and may approve or reject it at our discretion. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
• You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including advertising disclosure rules (clearly saying that you earn a commission).

Commissions

• 20% of the commission basis of eligible subscription payments (Graphkit Premium, Social Media Studio, Graphkit Social Growth) made by customers you referred, during the first 12 months after the customer's first payment. Some products or campaigns may have a different rate, which is shown in your dashboard.
• Commission basis = the amount the customer actually paid, after discounts and without tax (VAT/sales tax), converted to EUR. When our payment provider reports the payment in EUR we use that amount; otherwise we convert at the rate stored with each commission. We never calculate from a list price.
• A referral counts when a person opens your link and creates a new Graphkit account within 30 days. The first valid link wins. People who already have an account cannot be referred. Self-referrals do not count.
• Commissions are pending for 30 days after the payment, then approved automatically unless held for review. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission (partly, for a partial refund). If it happens after the commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your future commissions.
• The rate, basis, currency and rule version are stored with every commission. Later changes to the program apply only to new commissions.

Not allowed

• Paid search ads on the Graphkit brand name, coupon/deal sites with codes we did not provide, spam, cookie stuffing, incentivised or fake sign-ups, misleading claims, and buying through your own link.
• Commissions from traffic that breaks these rules are rejected, and the account may be suspended.

Payout Policy

• Payouts are made in EUR by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise (availability depends on your country), once your approved balance reaches €50.00. Payout schedule: monthly.
• You request a payout in your dashboard. Every payout is reviewed and sent manually. Pending, held and reversed commissions are never paid.
• A payout is marked “paid” only after the transfer was actually sent; you see the date and payment reference in your dashboard.
• Fees charged by your bank or payment provider may reduce the amount you receive.
• Taxes: you are responsible for declaring commissions as income in your country. Before a payout we may ask for information that the law requires (for example an invoice, a tax number or identity details). We only ask for it when it is needed and store it securely.

Tracking & privacy

• When someone opens a referral link we record the click: the referral code, the time, the landing page, the source (for example “instagram”) and whether it looks like a bot. We do not store IP addresses for clicks; to count unique visitors we keep a daily one-way hash.
• The referral is remembered in your browser session. If you accept all cookies, it is also kept in the gk_ref cookie for 30 days. If you choose “Essential only”, it is kept only until the browser session ends.
• Referrers and affiliates never see names, emails, plans or payment details of the people they refer — only a masked email or an anonymous customer ID, and the commission amounts.
• To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of the network address at sign-up for 180 days. Affiliate payout details are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
